About the project

Your responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents, including multi-step pipelines, prompt Design, tool integration, and state management.
• Implement secure execution environments, including sandboxed setups for safe code generation and running
• Lead orchestration and quality initiatives by integrating multiple LLMs, building evaluation frameworks, and running structured A/B experiments.
• Deliver end-to-end TypeScript solutions across the full stack, supporting real-time communication (WebSockets, streaming) and workflow state machines for complex orchestration.
• Establish monitoring and diagnostic practices, including tracing, cost and latency analysis, and debugging of non-deterministic model behaviors (context drift and prompt sensitivity).

Our requirements

• Strong foundation in system design, particularly within LLM-driven and agent-based architectures.
• Hands-On experience working with generators, builder frameworks, low-code platforms, or AI-driven development tools.
• Advanced TypeScript proficiency across the full stack.
• Product-focused mindset with experience in rapid prototyping, iterative shipping, and learning from user feedback.
• Track record of bringing products from concept to real users (agents, model APIs- OpenAI/Anthropic/open-source, prompt engineering).
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.

Optional

• Experience with data ingestion tools such as OpenSearch Data Prepper, Kafka, or OpenTelemetry.
• Familiarity with Elastic Common Schema (ECS).
• Experience with SIEM and security analytics workloads.
• Familiarity with SRE best practices, including service level objectives (SLOs) and error budgets.
