4+ years of experience in independent accounting (experience in the construction industry is a strong plus)., Deep understanding of Polish GAAP and tax law (VAT, CIT, PIT)., Proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting/ERP software., Communicative English (useful for internal reporting/international cooperation)., High level of integrity, accuracy, and organizational skills., Experience in implementing accounting software or transitioning from external to internal accounting., Professional certification (e.g., Accountant Certificate by SKwP).
