We are currently recruiting for a permanent Senior ABAP Developer role.We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical mindset — someone who can:Tackle complex technical challengesBreak them down analytically and logicallyDesign robust, scalable, and efficient solutionsKey Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deliver object-oriented ABAP solutions for enterprise-scale S/4HANA systems.Build high-quality, maintainable solutions using ABAP OO, ALV, ALE, BAPIs, OData services, and JSON-based integrations.Keep up to date with new SAP technologies and continuously develop technical expertise.Follow development best practices and coding standards to ensure performance, readability, maintainability, and proper version control.Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze challenges, propose technical solutions, and deliver reliable results.Serve as a technical subject matter expert, supporting both internal teams and external project partners.Proactively identify technical risks, system issues, and potential blockers, and contribute to their resolution.Create clear and well-structured technical documentation and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.Prepare and maintain training and knowledge-transfer materials; lead workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and contribute to smooth and stable releases.Experience or exposure to RAP and SAP Fiori, depending on project needs - nice to haveRequirementsAt least 6 years of professional experience in ABAP / SAP development.Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and clean, well-organized coding practices.Strong expertise in ABAP OO and system integrations, particularly OData services and JSON interfaces.Fluency in Polish and English at a minimum B2 level.Ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives while maintaining a high standard of quality.Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.Strong communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA environments.Knowledge gaps in specific tools or technologies (such as RAP or Fiori) can be addressed internally.
