At Devapo, you'll have the opportunity to discuss your challenges and solutions with our team of experts, including experienced architects who are always ready to share their knowledge and guide you through complex technical decisions.What you will do:As part of our team, you'll:Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)Coach development teams in Agile principles and Scrum frameworkRemove impediments and enable team productivityFoster collaboration between Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholdersTrack team metrics and drive continuous improvementSupport organizational Agile transformation initiativesKnowledge of JIRA, ConfluencePromote self-organization and cross-functional teamworkWork with multiple teams on both international and domestic projectsWhat we are looking for:2+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in IT projectsDeep understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principlesExperience facilitating Scrum ceremonies for development teamsStrong coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution skillsAbility to identify and remove team impediments effectivelyExperience with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence)Nice to know: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) and Kanban methodologyProficiency in English and Polish (preferable C1 level) to communicate effectively with our clientsHigher education (preferable in technical or business field)What we offer:Training and certification funding, with time for learning during working hoursPrivate medical care: MedicoverMultisportLanguage classes (English)Flexible working hoursTeam meetings and integration eventsReferral bonus for recommending a new employee
