Skills:• coach for 1+ Agile Team(s).• Educate the team in Scrum and Agile ways of working (in particular SAFe), ensuring that the agreed Agile process is being followed.• Enabler to Sprint ceremonies, including Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, ensuring they are productive and kept within the timebox.• Support the Product Owner to manage the backlog and guide the team.• Protect team productivity and facilitate the removal of impediments to improve the likelihood of achieving the Sprint and PI objectives.• Have a laser focus on ever-improving team performance and dynamics, helping the team to resolve challenges and identifying opportunities for growth.• Support the team to improve communications and relationships with other teams. Represent the team and provide clear status updates to stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned. Delivery Metrics knowledge and experience is required Responsibilities• Act as a servant leader and Agile coach for one or more teams.• Ensure adherence to Scrum and SAFe practices and promote Agile maturity.• Facilitate Sprint ceremonies (Stand-up, Planning, Review, Retrospective) within timeboxes.• Support the Product Owner in backlog management and Sprint/PI goal alignment.• Remove impediments and protect team productivity.• Drive continuous improvement and strengthen team dynamics.• Foster cross-team collaboration and provide clear stakeholder updates.• Track and analyze Agile delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time, PI progress).
