SAP WM / EWM Consultant

Analyze warehouse and logistics process flows within the SAP EWM environment in close collaboration with relevant business departments.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to the design and implementation of new technical solutions.
Ensure alignment with company-specific templates as well as local, legal, and site-specific requirements.
Actively support and accompany change management activities related to process and system improvements.
Take responsibility for test management, including functional tests, load tests, and testing related to change requests and ongoing projects.
Handle change requests from business departments via the ticketing system and develop suitable solution proposals.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external project partners in an operational environment.
Create and maintain system documentation, process descriptions, and user training materials.
Conduct training sessions for SAP key users at SAAM locations worldwide and support regular knowledge and experience exchange.

Practical experience in both administrative and operational logistics processes.
Solid knowledge of SAP, with strong expertise in the WM/EWM module; knowledge of other SAP modules is an advantage.
Basic understanding of the automotive aftermarket and IT infrastructure is desirable.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
A proactive, hands‑on mindset with a strong focus on solutions.
Very good command of Polish (minimum B2 level).
Very good command of English (minimum B2 level).
Ready to Shift-based work in an operational logistics environment.
Knowledge of German is a plus.
