SAP Solution Architect (Domain, SME)

Design and implement SAP solutions tailored to one of the following domains: Retail, Energy, Manufacturing, Automotive, Public Sector, Pharma
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on SAP solutions and driving digital transformation initiatives
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate SAP solutions with existing systems, ensuring seamless functionality across the enterprise
Support pre‑sales activities, including preparing proposals, creating presentations, and contributing to solution demonstrations for prospective clients
Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and create solution roadmaps, delivering high‑quality documentation and presentations to stakeholders
Provide thought leadership by staying updated on industry trends and innovations in SAP for the selected domain
Mentor and guide project teams, ensuring adherence to architecture principles and successful project delivery

Extensive experience as an SAP Solution Architect or in a similar role, with a strong focus on one of the mentioned domains: Retail, Energy, Manufacturing, Automotive, Public Sector, Pharma
Proven ability to design and implement comprehensive SAP solutions in the selected domain, leveraging industry best practices
Deep understanding of domain‑specific processes and integration of SAP S/4HANA with other SAP and non‑SAP systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value
SAP certifications in relevant areas and prior experience in international or multi‑vendor environments are highly desirable
Fluency in English or German (German language skills are considered a highly valuable asset)
