Requirements

• Several years (5+) of practical experience in SAP IAM and Authorization Management (S/4HANA & Fiori).
• In-depth knowledge of SAP GRC, PFCG, and SUIM.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP and Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS).
• Experience in designing audit-proof, scalable authorization concepts.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of English (fluent)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of German

Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant for SAP Security/Authorization Management, you will ensure that our SAP systems are used securely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations. With your deep technical expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and your structured way of working, you will develop and successfully implement scalable authorization concepts. At the same time, you will play an active role in exciting projects involving SAP Security, Cloud Identity solutions, and SAP BTP.

• Designing and maintaining authorization concepts for S/4HANA and Fiori.
• Managing user rights, security policies, and SoD (Segregation of Duties) checks.
• Ensuring audit-proof solutions and alignment with GDPR/DSGVO requirements.
• Supporting authorization setups during SAP Cloud Migrations (BTP).
• Translating complex business processes into practical system access rules.
