About the project

Your responsibilities

• Business Process Management: Analyze, optimize, and design end-to-end business processes in sales and logistics.
• System Configuration: Handle Customizing in the SAP SD module and coordinate the technical implementation of solution proposals.
• Technical Integration: Configure and monitor data exchange via EDI / IDoc (e.g., ORDERS, INVOIC) to connect external business partners.
• Digitalization & Compliance: Implement and support e-Invoicing solutions while ensuring compliance with international legal and fiscal requirements.
• Technical Support (ABAP): Support technical troubleshooting and performance optimization through solid ABAP knowledge (e.g., debugging, analyzing user exits and custom developments).
• User Support & Training: Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP SD users and conduct user training sessions and workshops for key users.

Our requirements

• Education: University degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience: Several years of professional experience as an SAP consultant or system administrator, specifically in the SAP ECC SD module. Basic knowledge of related modules such as FI, MM and PP helpful. S/4HANA is also advantageous.
• Expertise: Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including pricing, shipping, and billing.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in SAP Customizing and the ability to read/debug ABAP code.
• Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken); German skills are an advantage.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, structured working methods, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with global stakeholders.
