SAP S/4HANA PMO – Procurement Transformation

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PMO to support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA with at least 6 years of experience. This role will be instrumental in driving project coordination, stakeholder alignment, and execution excellence within the procurement transformation program.Project information:Type of project: IT ServicesOffice location: PolandWork model: RemoteBudget: 160 PLN net /h - b2bOnly candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in PolandStart date: ASAP (depending on candidate availability)Key Responsibilities:Project Coordination & GovernanceSupport end-to-end project management activities for procurement-related SAP S/4HANA modulesEnsure cross-regional coordination and alignment of project timelines, deliverables, and dependenciesMaintain and update project documentation, trackers, and dashboards to ensure transparency and controlMonitor progress against milestones and escalate risks or delays proactivelyStakeholder EngagementFacilitate communication and alignment between procurement, solution, and business stakeholders across regionsOrganize and support operational committees, working groups, and project meetings with clear agendas and follow-upsEnsure stakeholder feedback is captured and integrated into project planning and executionExecution SupportTrack and manage change requests, testing activities, and issue resolution related to procurement modulesEnsure attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and compliance with project standardsSupport data migration activities, including validation and exception handlingAssist in preparing training materials and coordinating end-user training sessionsQualifications:Proven experience in PMO or project coordination roles within large-scale ERP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANAFamiliarity with procurement processes and systemsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and work across regionsHigh attention to detail and a problem-solving mindsetWe offer:Full-time job agreement based on b2b and employment contractPrivate medical care with dental care (covering 70% of costs) + rehabilitation package.
