Requirements

• Fluent in spoken and written English,
• 4+ years with experience round finance and GL, interfaces, integration to SD/MM,
• Knowledge of finance processes within global organization,
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in: finance, accounting, IT, economics or business,
• High communication skills (in both technical and user-friendly language),
• Customer-service and quality oriented,
• Can prioritize and execute tasks based on the dependencies and deadline.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to SAP FI-CO and SD end users – 1st and 2nd and 3rd line to around 30 countries,
• Troubleshooting and fixing problems in SAP,
• Testing new features in SAP,
• Creating and improving internal SAP manuals, procedures and processes,
• Working closely with SAP Development Team and SAP users,
• Bridging the gap across time zones,
• Providing high quality level of customer service in terms of the services provided.
