SAP FI / CO Consultant

ResponsibilitiesDesigning and developing SAP FI/CO solutions aligned with business and financial process requirements in SAP R/3 and SAP S/4 environments.Performing system configuration and customization within SAP FI/CO modules to ensure stable and efficient system operation.Supporting the implementation and further optimization of SAP finance solutions in line with organizational needs.Preparing test scenarios, test plans and scripts based on detailed functional requirements and internal standards.Executing and coordinating system testing activities, ensuring proper documentation of results and identified issues.Providing functional support for the SAP FI/CO landscape, including troubleshooting and resolving system incidents.Conducting training sessions and knowledge sharing for key users, end users and technical teams to improve system usage and understanding.Preparing and maintaining system documentation, including process descriptions, configuration documentation and user guides.Identifying opportunities for process and system improvements within the SAP Finance area.Supporting project-related activities such as planning, coordination of tasks and collaboration with cross-functional teams.RequirementsSolid knowledge of SAP Finance modules, including AC/ AR/ GL / AA + ControlingAt least 4 years of professional experience working with SAP R/3 and/or SAP S/4HANA in the Finance areaVery good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPointStrong understanding of financial business processes and system configurationAnalytical thinking and effective problem-solving abilitiesVery good command of written and spoken EnglishWe offer:Stable employment in an international organization offering long-term career opportunities.Attractive compensation package based on experience and skills, including an additional holiday bonusHybrid working model with flexible hours, allowing you to start your workday as early as 7:00 a.m., with two days per week in the officeTask-oriented approach to workAccess to various health and wellbeing benefits, including private medical care, reimbursement for prescription glasses, sports membershipFree public transportation pass within Kraków.
