What you will do

• acting as a central point of contact for internal and external partners
• managing incidents, system issues, and maintaining SAP landscapes
• taking responsibility for SAP installations and technical architecture
• configuring systems post-installation, including authorizations, transport management, and SAPNET integration
• performing system measurements, upgrades, release changes, and maintenance
• designing and implementing processes for change management, security, and authorization
• supporting audits by providing required data and authorizations

Requirements

• fluency in English
• proven experience as an SAP Basis Administrator or similar SAP technical role
• strong knowledge of SAP system landscapes, installations, upgrades, and release changes
• understanding of SAP authorizations, security, transport management, and system connections
• knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and HANA database administration
• strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• experience working with infrastructure and operations teams (I&O)
• familiarity with system performance measurement, change management, and audit support

Nice to have

• experience in a certified SAP Customer Center of Expertise (CCoE)
• experience with cloud-based SAP landscapes (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• familiarity with SAP Solution Manager and monitoring tools
• experience with identity/access management and ITIL processes
• experience in regulated environments and audit support
