Your responsibilities

• Ensuring stable and reliable operation of SAP applications in daily business.
• Analyzing incidents and recurring issues, identifying root causes, and driving long-term solutions.
• Implementing configuration changes within SAP modules in close alignment with SAP Module Owners and Key Users
• Collaborating closely with SAP Module Managers and SAP Basis to ensure stable operations and efficient system usage.
• Translating recurring incidents, user questions, and operational experience into structured FAQs to enable self-service and reduce support effort.
• Documenting processes, solutions, and operational standards to continuously improve SAP support quality

Our requirements

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in SAP support in SAP Authorization or several modules FI/CO, MM-IM, MM-PUR, SD, EWM/SRM, QM or PP.
• Profound knowledge in managing and configuring SAP systems.
• Experience in performing system adjustments and upgrades.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various departments.
• Very good English language skills
