Salesforce Consultant

At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce systems implementation, preferably working as a Salesforce Consultant, with a focus on Financial Services Cloud and Insurance., At least 2 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance in an international environment., Understanding how insurance companies or banks work, being familiar with their key processes and business models., Proficiency in designing solutions built on the Salesforce Platform (multiple clouds)., Experience in recommending and delivering solutions to the enterprise clients., Great command of English language, being fully confident collaborating with English native speakers (at least C1)., Ability to work in Poland and the European Union on a full-time basis ., Ability to demonstrate team management skills and take responsibility for team results., Ability to ensure quality of the deliverables of your team, by applying analytical thinking and synthesis skills., Ability to build lasting and positive relationships with the client and members of managed team., Additional languages., Willingness to travel regularly.
