Sales Engineer – Prefabrication (Poland / Czech Republic/ Slovakia) (m/f)

University degree in Construction Engineering, Chemical Engineering or similar technical field, Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B technical sales or cooperation with industrial clients, preferably in construction materials, adhesives, precast production, or engineering services, Proven ability to navigate industrial organizations and identify decision-makers, English – fluent (both spoken and written). Czech/Slovak/Polish – conversational level is a strong advantage, Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to translate technical knowledge into customer value, Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts, Proactive and self-driven, capable of working independently across a multi-country territory, Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (min. 70%)
