Sales Development with Polish and German/French OR Spanish

Matrix Eastern Europe, the offshore division of Matrix IT, one of the leading global R&D services companies with more than 11, 000 professionals, is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join the team of our client and partner.

Our client is modular platform that enables banks and financial institutions to design, launch, and scale digital lending products faster and more efficiently. They work with banks across multiple geographies, helping them modernize credit journeys, automate decisioning, and accelerate time to market.

As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help them expand their pipeline and engage senior stakeholders across banking and financial services.

As an SDR you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities, working closely with senior sales and product leadership.

This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, proactive, and confident engaging prospects across different markets and cultures.
