To accelerate our international growth, we are looking for a highly driven, commercially sharp Sales Assistant to work directly alongside our Senior Sales Manager.
This is not a support-only role. It is a growth position for someone who wants to take ownership, drive performance, and develop into a senior commercial leader within an international design brand.

Your tasks

Your MissionYou will act as the operational backbone and commercial accelerator for the Senior Sales Manager. Your focus: execution, precision, and measurable sales performance.
This role demands speed, structure, accountability, and a strong results mindset.Key Responsibilities- Direct strategic and operational support of the Senior Sales Manager
- Preparation of high-level quotations, pricing structures, and client presentations
- Active follow-up of offers to increase conversion rates
- Structured pipeline management and project tracking
- Professional B2B communication with architects, interior designers, hospitality groups, and gallery clients
- CRM ownership, reporting, and sales performance analysis
- Coordination with production, logistics, and international partners to ensure flawless execution
- Identification of new business opportunities and market potential
- Support in expanding international gallery and project business

Your Profile

- 3–5 years of experience in lighting, interior design, lifestyle, luxury, or gallery business
- Strong commercial instinct and understanding of margins, pricing, and sales dynamics
- Experience in a high-end, design-driven, or international environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus but not required
- Highly structured, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
- Advanced digital skills (CRM, Excel, reporting tools, presentations)
- Fast thinker with strong prioritization skills
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and performance-driven
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on attitude
- High level of ownership, loyalty, and discretion
- Willing to invest the necessary time and energy to grow into a senior role
