About your future employer:

Our client is an international manufacturing organization with a strong global footprint. The company is scaling its operations in Warsaw and is now looking for a Sales & Marketing PMO Manager who will support strategic commercial initiatives and contribute to the ongoing transformation of the global sales organization.

Sales & Marketing PMO Manager 

In this position, you will work closely with senior leadership to coordinate and deliver projects that strengthen global Sales and Marketing capabilities. You will support the integration of processes, tools, and best practices across different regions and business lines.

Your work will focus on improving collaboration between sales, product management, and other commercial functions. You will also take part in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement, lead management, and the efficiency of the company’s go-to-market approach.

What you will do:

  • Coordinate cross-functional projects in cooperation with global Sales & Marketing leaders.
  • Improve alignment between regional sales teams, product managers, and other commercial departments.
  • Support initiatives aimed at strengthening customer engagement and conversion effectiveness.
  • Use CRM, digital tools, and data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Help develop data-driven insights that support market strategies and commercial decisions.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Promote efficient processes by leveraging digital platforms and automation tools.
