Sales and Marketing Manager

Education: University degree in business administration or engineering (master’s degree preferred), Proven track record of 5+ years leadership experience managing and developing large sales or commercial organizations (50+ employees), ideally within the electrical engineering or industrial sector, combined with strong knowledge of the Polish market and an established network across relevant customer segments., Leadership & Influence: Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills to engage own team, our customers and internal stakeholders, Ability to optimize and motivate cross-functional high-performing teams, with a collaborative approach towards various teams and functions locally and internationally, Entrepreneurial spirit, focused on innovation and developing new markets., Analytical and self-driven to use data and digital tools to optimize sales processes and performance, Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken), Willingness to travel locally and internationally, when required.
