Sales and customer service specialist (French language)

Thanks to our modern production facilities and our own logistics centre, we are a reliable partner for our customers and a trustworthy employer.  Key Responsibilities and Tasks: after-sales customer service via email and telephone, coordinating the flow of information regarding order delivery statuses, returns and complaints, carrying out sales activities, providing guidance on the E-KLIMAS sales platform, maintaining constant contact with customers, sales representatives, production and warehouse departments, building long-term relationships with customers. Requirements: experience in customer service and sales, knowledge of French at least B2 level in speaking and writing, knowledge of another language besides English, knowledge of MS Office programmes, in particular MS Excel, communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with the company's customers, experience in working with ERP software is welcome.
