About the project

Your responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve IAM-related incidents within SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Monitor and handle request queues, ensuring timely processing and SLA compliance
  • Support identity data preprocessing and integration into SailPoint (identity aggregation)
  • Execute and validate access request workflows and provisioning processes
  • Perform testing of IAM workloads, workflows, and system changes
  • Analyze logs and troubleshoot issues related to IdentityIQ workflows and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper issue resolution and process alignment
  • Maintain basic monitoring of the IdentityIQ environment and supporting infrastructure
  • Contribute to process improvements to reduce incident volume and increase efficiency

Our requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working with SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts
  • Experience in incident management and operational support
  • Familiarity with identity lifecycle processes (joiner/mover/leaver)
  • Basic understanding of identity data flows, provisioning, and access requests
  • Experience with testing and validation of system workflows
  • Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Fluent English

Optional

  • Certifications such as GCIH, GCIA, GCFE, GCDA, CISSP, CISM
  • Experience with automation (Python, Terraform, CI/CD)
  • Background in SOC leadership or cyber program development
