You'll have a real impact on how our customers and internal teams work - and a voice in how we build.What You'll DoYou'll join our engineering team to help build and maintain a product that is one of the leaders in the FinTech market.Your primary focus will be investigating and diagnosing customer-reported cases - working closely with our onboarding and support teams to analyze problems, write solution scripts, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
