Your future role.

  • In this Position you lead the Financial-, Non-Financial-Risk and Compliance department and ensure a strong and effective second line of defence (LOD2) across Austria and Switzerland.
  • You strengthen our risk and compliance culture, increase maturity in operational risk management, incident reporting and monitoring.
  • You improve the efficiency of our Customer onboarding process (i.e. KYC and credit requests), support the successful deployment of Generative AI usage and oversee outsourced resources.
  • You play a key role in advancing our fleet electrification strategy while closely monitoring the impact on asset risks.
  • You contribute strategically to safeguarding the organisation while enabling sustainable business growth.

This brings you in the Poleposition.

  • You have 7+ Years of professional experience in the financial services sector and/ or in the leasing sector including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • You have strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and a comprehensive understanding of financial and non-financial risk categories, including compliance and non-compliance risks.
  • You make sound, well informed and objective decisions that support accomplishments of organizational goals.
  • You are change - oriented, solution - driven and confident in navigating complex environments.
  • You foster collaboration and create work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability.
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills, French or Dutch would be a plus

Salary
For this position you can expect a minimum salary of €6.000,- gross per month. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, with willingness to pay above the standard rate
