Research manager

Min 5-8 years of experience in the market research department of a well-known brand, or consulting/research in an agency, Degree in market/consumer research, sociology, statistics, marketing, or business-related fields., Experience in data analytics (statistical methods, data analytic) and visualization tools, such as Power BI., Fluency in English and Polish in writing & speaking, Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams, EU DI&A team, OC Insights team, Understand and anticipate Customer’s needs and expectations, Demonstrate curiosity and diverse ways of thinking to create new ideas to benefit our consumers/customers, Exceptional storytelling abilities and strong presentation skills
