Reporting Specialist

Responsibilities:Deliver timely and high-quality responses to ad-hoc requests from leadership and senior stakeholdersMaintain and optimize data governance structures, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accessibility of reporting dataSupport the Reporting Coordinator in preparing and coordinating regular progress reports across WS2Ensure alignment and visibility of activities across the workstream through structured reporting and communicationManage and enhance automated data processes, including data modeling and transformationCoordinate reporting inputs across multiple stakeholders, ensuring adherence to timelines and reporting cadencesPerform analytical deep-dives and provide actionable insights based on dataEnsure high standards of data quality, validation, and reporting consistency Requirements:Minimum 8 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or similar roles within complex environmentsFluent English (both written and spoken)Strong experience in stakeholder communication and executive-level reportingAdvanced Excel skills, including Power Query, data modeling, and complex formulasExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detailProven ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environmentStrong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExperience in coordinating reporting processes across multiple stakeholders and workstreamsHigh level of ownership, accountability, and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teamsAbility to handle ad-hoc requests efficiently while maintaining high quality and accuracy Offer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
