Your responsibilities

• Respond with agility and precision to crucial ad-hoc requests from leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Maintain and optimize the workstream’s data governance setup through upkeep of automated data processes and improved data accessibility.
• Support the Reporting Coordinator in delivering and coordinating high quality progress reporting.
• Ensure WS2 can adapt rapidly to diverse stakeholder needs, escalations, and urgent requirements while maintaining data integrity.
• Coordinate and report on progress of projects across multiple stakeholder meetings and reporting cadences.
• Maintain quality of data and reporting cadence through effective project coordination and timeline management.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and address requests from senior stakeholders with efficient turnaround and quality assurance.

Our requirements

• Adeptness in adhering to deadlines and systematic task approach.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel with experience in data modeling with Power Query and Excel formulas.
• Robust capabilities in presentations quality and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, integrating external knowledge with context-specific factors.
