Job Title: Selenium Automation Lead Location: Bengaluru, KA (Need to visit office 2-3 times per month) SummaryThe Selenium Automation Lead plays a crucial role in the quality assurance process by leading automation testing efforts using Selenium tools. The primary objective is to ensure software reliability and performance, while mentoring team members in best automation practices.Main Responsibilities:Lead the Selenium automation testing initiatives.Mentor junior team members in automation frameworks and coding standards.Develop and maintain test scripts for automated regression testing.Collaborate with development teams to understand functionality and design automated test cases.Analyze testing results and report on software performance metrics.Key Requirements:7+ years of experience in Selenium automation.Proficient in programming languages such as Java or Python.Strong understanding of test automation frameworks.Experience with CI/CD tools.Nice to Have:Experience with other automation tools like Appium or JUnit.Knowledge of performance testing tools.Experience in Agile methodology.
