From structuring credit programs to navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term.We're looking for a Regulatory Legal Counsel to advise on compliance and legal issues around our financial products.The breadth of work you'll encounter (and level of commercial involvement) is pretty unique for an in-house role, so you'll have a large degree of responsibility for Revolut’s ongoing development and growth.Up to shape what's next in finance? Let's get in touch.What you'll be doingAdvising the business on compliance and legal issues surrounding structuring of new and existing credit products in payments and bankingDrafting customer-facing legal documents for these productsHelping to structure and expand credit features, while managing regulatory expectations, requirements, and applicationsExcelling at leadership while also undertaking executional workHandling significant and complex legal matters with short turnaround timesWhat you'll need3+ years of PQEExcellent academic and law firm credentialsExperience advising on financial regulations across PolandGood knowledge of Consumer Credit Directive (CCD), debt recovery procedures, regulatory/supervisory requirements, and how they impact the credit businessSound judgement, composure under pressure, and a collaborative mindsetConfidence making decisions where there's ambiguity or incomplete informationExceptional stakeholder management and communication skillsCompensation rangeKrakow: PLN21,000 - PLN29,100 gross monthly*Poland: PLN21,000 - PLN29,100 gross monthly*Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experienceBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
