Regular / Senior UX Designer

As team expands its analytics solutions on a global scale, we are on the lookout for an experienced Regular / Senior UX Designer.The Global Analytics team is a diverse collective of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, MLOps Engineers, Data Analysts, Business Intelligence Specialists, and Analytics Translators, with footprints across three continents and five countries. responsibilities will include:researching and defining user needs, behaviors, and pain points through user research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisionsdesigning user flows, journey maps, and wireframes to create seamless, intuitive experiences that address both user needs and business goalscreating design deliverables such wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate ideas and solutions to cross-functional teamscontinuously evaluating and assessing the existing user experience by analyzing user feedback, conducting usability testing, and leveraging data insights to identify opportunities for improvementcollaborating with other product team members and stakeholders to ensure user-centered design practices are followed throughout the product development cycleconducting usability testing and validating solutions to ensure designs meet both user needs and business requirementsidentifying and addressing usability issues, ensuring that both minor and major problems are resolved to improve the overall product experienceiterating on designs based on feedback and data-driven insights, collaborating with development teams to ensure design solutions are implemented accurately and meet the release cadencemaintaining and updating design components in prototyping tools, ensuring that reusable elements are consistent and function well together in different contextsparticipating in design reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers, as well as incorporating feedback from others to improve designsstaying up-to-date with the latest UX research methods, tools, and trends to continually improve your skills and apply best practices in your workWe expect:proven experience in a similar position, ideally in web applications designstrong practical knowledge of Figma, with experience in using it for collaborative design and prototypingdeep understanding of design systems and experience applying them in a consistent, scalable wayworking knowledge of UX design principles, including information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered designexperience designing the whole user journey, ensuring a seamless experience across different touchpointsdeep understanding of responsive design and the ability to apply UX design best practices across different devices and screen sizesexperience working in Agile production environments, with at least 3 years on hands-on worka passion for innovative, user-centered design and the ability to balance creativity with usabilityability to understand business requirements and translate them into intuitive, effective design solutionswillingness to mentor and support team members by sharing knowledge, skills, and expertiseexcellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teamsfluent in English, both written and spokencommitment to learning and quality, with a strong desire for continuous personal and professional developmentcreative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think strategically and act beyond traditional
