As Regional Sales Manager you will have full accountability in leading and driving our sales teams to give our members and prospects an excellent experience.

You will manage a challenging multi-site sales portfolio across your region. You will lead, challenge, plan and inspire the sales teams to successfully hit their individual and club monthly new member sales targets.

Your profile

About you:

As Regional Sales Manager, we are looking for someone who:

• Has extensive sales experience and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Is commercially astute and experienced in operating within a Business to Consumer environment
• Has experience of financial planning and management
• Has several years proven experience managing a large team, including managers
