Recruiter with French or Italian

If you're passionate about connecting with people and making a tangible impact, this is the opportunity for you 🌟!Core Responsibilities:Manage end-to end recruitment processes.Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and perform background checks.Advise hiring managers on candidate selections and assist in compensation negotiations.Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, social media, etc.)Use ATS and different trackers to prepare recruitment reports.Play a representative role at job fairs and career days.Promote the company positively to candidates and uphold ethical recruiting standards.Candidate profile:Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Knowledge of Italian/French at B2/C1, English at B2/ C1 and Polish at B2/C1.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Self-starter, sense of urgency, works well under pressure, ability to work in high-velocity environment.Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships.Strong attention to detail.Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.Knowledge of the Workday system is nice to have.What we offer:Employment contract.Work during office hours.MyBenefit cafeteria (with possibility to have MultiSport card).Private medical package (Luxmed).Language classes.Private life insurance on preferential terms.Learning and development resources.
