Recruiter with Filipino language skills

We expect the following from you:

• Knowledge of Filipino and English at B2 level – a prerequisite;

• High degree of independence, commitment, and responsibility for assigned tasks;

• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities;

• Good time management, resourcefulness, commitment, and high personal culture;

• Basic knowledge of the Polish language is welcome;

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting employees from the Philippines and those currently in Poland;

• Contacts with the Embassy and other offices;

• Care for employees employed by the company;

• Preparing translations of documents (instructions, applications, training);

• Creating and managing candidate databases;
