R&D Specialist (test evaluation development and mass production)

Test/Evaluation development and Test/Evaluation mass production

Scope of duties:

* Conduct research and development of new products and technologies

* Participate in laboratory testing and production trials

* Analyze and document test results

* Collaborate with production departments to implement new solutions

* Develop and update technical documentation

* Optimize existing processes and products

* Participate in company development projects

Requirements:

*At least 2-3 years of research and development or laboratory work experience

*Experience in testing, technology demonstration, or implementation

*Experience working with production and quality control departments

*Industrial field experience is a plus

*Higher education or currently studying (technical fields)

*Knowledge of research and development methods and laboratory work

*Basic knowledge of R&D issues and laboratory work

*Ability to work with technical documentation

*Ability to analyze research results and draw conclusions

*Knowledge of MS Office

*Good knowledge of English (required)
