R&D Engineering Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field., Proven leadership experience managing engineering or technical teams in repair, manufacturing, or hardware-focused environments., Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics repair operations, hardware engineering, or the repair industry., Strong technical knowledge of electromechanical systems, diagnostics, component-level repair, and secure device handling., Hands-on experience with ATM, POS, server hardware, payment terminals, and PCIregulated devices, including PCI DSS / PCI PTS compliance., Additional technical exposure to imaging and printing products (ideally Xerox), settop box (STB) repair, firmware flashing, connectivity testing, tuner diagnostics, and consumables management., Solid understanding of repair center operations, testing automation, quality systems, and quality management practices., Experience with new product introduction (NPI), onboarding new technologies, and supporting technical readiness for new product categories., Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including root-cause analysis, critical thinking, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)., Business and operational acumen, with the ability to translate operational requirements into meaningful KPIs, dashboards, and performance insights., Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging customers, auditors, and stakeholders at all levels across global and crossfunctional teams., Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, results-driven, and adaptable, with strong confidentiality awareness, proficiency in Microsoft Office, willingness to travel as required, and fluency in both English and Polish.
