Zakres obowiązków Coordinating all engineering related technical activities on a development project internally & towards the customer - German OEMs Acting as a Technical Lead contact in customer application projects for German OEMs (technical representative for new products and technologies and business acquisition) Technical evaluation of product performance (working closely together with all relevant parties) Cost Management for R&D topics, project timing definition Ensuring technical realization in industrialisation phase Leading technical team meetings in the project (as well as project team) Wymagania Min. 5 years of experience in Automotive project management, preferably in R&D Department Higher technical education (Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronic Engineering or similar) Very good level of German Communicative level of English Project management skills Strong communication and negotiation skills (experience in cooperation with OEM customers is an additional asset) Oferujemy subsidised meals company loans sport card private medical care relocation support flexible working hours possibility of partially remote work
