Quality Specialist – English Speaking

Zakres obowiązków What You Will Do: Communicate with customers regarding quality requirements (complaints, reports) Participate in internal and external audits Analyze quality issues and implement corrective & preventive actions Monitor and analyze key quality metrics Oversee and support quality processes across the production area Create, update, and maintain quality documentation Contribute to improving and developing the Quality Management System Wymagania What We’re Looking For: University degree in Engineering or a related technical field Minimum 2 years of experience in a Quality Department within a manufacturing company Knowledge of quality tools: 5Why, Ishikawa, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D Ability to read technical documentation and drawings Strong English skills (minimum B2/C1 level – spoken and written); Polish is welcome but not required Nice to have: experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards Analytical mindset and strong problem - solving skills (end‑to‑end) Team-oriented with excellent communication skills Solid knowledge of MS Office Oferujemy What We Offer: A full-time employment contract On-site work at our headquarters in Wilamowice Fixed working hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Full onboarding and continuous support from the team at every stage Training and opportunities for development in the Quality area Benefits package including private medical care, life insurance, and language bonuses A friendly working atmosphere and the opportunity to work in an international team
