Quality Control Lead

Strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level), with excellent verbal and written communication skills, At least 3-4 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance or related roles in advertising, production, or digital marketing, including experience leading or mentoring a team, Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot subtle errors and ensure consistency across complex materials, Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively, Understanding of client branding requirements, briefs, digital and print marketing materials and quality standards., Experience using project management tools and Microsoft Office applications, Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines, Adaptable and proactive, able to handle shifting priorities and client feedback smoothly, Strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to continuous improvement
