Your responsibilities

• Design and implement full-stack features in a high-impact, production-grade environment
• Collaborate with AI researchers and product teams to evaluate and improve generative AI models
• Build scalable systems for data collection, visualization, and analysis
• Optimize the performance of web applications handling high user traffic
• Contribute to code quality through reviews, testing, and documentation
• Write clean, maintainable, documented code using best engineering practices in the industry (design patterns, test-driven development (TDD), peer review, continuous improvement (CI), automated testing, etc.)

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in developing, testing, maintaining, and documenting applications in Python 3, SQL, Pandas, Apps Script (optional) and AWS/GCP
• Familiarity with REST API Access, databases, and data modelling
• Strong proficiency in building and customizing applications using the AppSheet platform: configuring workflows, rules, and expressions
• Understanding of type hints, TDD (pytest, monkey patching), and high-performance code
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices; CI using GitHub Actions/GitLab Runners, CD using Docker containers on horizontally scalable k8s environments.
• Fluency in Polish and English languages
• Residing in Poland required
