Python AI Engineer (GenAI)

We are looking for a Python AI Engineer (GenAI) responsible for developing innovative AI solutions using cutting-edge machine learning and generative AI technologies. Our clients' success is our success, so we focus on ensuring that everyone who creates Devapo has a long-term goal in mind.Apply if you have:3+ years of relevant professional experience in AI/ML development,Professional experience building applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and related concepts (RAG, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, multi-agent systems),Familiarity with LLM frameworks (Langchain, LlamaIndex, Langraph, CrewAI, or similar),Strong knowledge and experience in production-grade Python development,Understanding of cloud concepts and architectures with hands-on experience in cloud services (Azure, GCP, or AWS),Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes),Expertise in data manipulation using Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy),Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleaning, transformation, and manipulation,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) essential for working on international projects,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Nice to have:Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Econometrics, or related quantitative discipline,Experience with specific LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama 3, Mixtral, Falcon, Gemini),Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools for model deployment and monitoring,Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Qdrant),Familiarity with fine-tuning and training techniques for LLMs,Experience with AI evaluation frameworks and testing methodologies,Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques,Contributions to open-source AI projects or published research,Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.What We Offer:Salary: 120-180 zł/h (UZ or B2B) Training and certification funding with learning opportunities during work hours;Access to latest AI tools and technologies (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI, etc.);Private medical care through Medicover;Multisport benefits;Language classes (English);Flexible working hours;
