Purchasing Associate - Clinical Operations

Degree in Business (Finance/Accounting/Business Administration/Legal/), About 2+ years relevant finance/accounting/legal/clinical/ business experience required, Basic understanding of clinical trials and medical device development process, Experience in financial/payment processing systems/accounting software preferred, i.e. SAP/ARIBA and strong understanding of accounting/purchasing concepts, Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail, precision, and accuracy, Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, proactively problem-solve, and manage competing priorities and deadlines, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient English level, Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact competently and professionally at all levels within a global cross-functional environment, while aware of cultural diversity, Ability to work well in a team as well as independently with limited oversight; is self-motivated and results-driven, Clinical research experience at a Sponsor or CRO preferred
