Partner with Product teams to define development requirements that boost both customer satisfaction and operational goals.

Proven track record in operational roles within academic publishing, with a deep understanding of current industry shifts.
Skilled in diplomacy and negotiation, capable of building trust and managing challenging stakeholder conversations.
A self-starter with a proactive mindset, able to navigate urgent situations and competing priorities with sound judgment.
Experienced in managing high-volume data and utilizing flowcharts and spreadsheets to optimize workflows.
Strong background in cross-functional projects, focusing on initiative-taking and driving results in target-led environments.
