Zakres obowiązków Plan & optimize global inbound flows: build and maintain end to end concepts for inbound transport – including alignment reg. logistics concepts & packing Standardize and scale best practices: learn how all brads work today and define standards, playbooks, and KPIs for inbound logistics Lead process shaping, documentation & training: co create processes with subject matter experts, document them clearly, and deliver targeted training material to key users and stakeholders (esp. within Procurement) to ensure sustainable adoption Enable sourcing excellence: provide logistics concepting (e.g., packaging, order quantities, JIT/JIS feasibility) and risk/cost assessments during sourcing milestones; support supplier onboarding and ramp up with pragmatic logistics solutions Drive cross functional alignment: coordinate with Purchasing, Production and also Quality, IT, and Finance to ensure logistics requirements are embedded early and consistently across sourcing and product lifecycles Contribute to group wide initiatives: support the evolution toward common inbound transport networks and harmonized processes across brands and plants Manage change with clarity: facilitate workshops, run pilots, and lead retrospectives to capture lessons learned and embed improvements into processes, documentation, and training materials Wymagania Background: degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics, Business Administration, or comparable experience Experience: 3-7+ years in logistics (planning), transport management, procurement or network design – ideally in automotive/industrial manufacturing or 3PL/4PL environments Process & methods: proven ability to map, design, and document processes; comfortable creating work instructions and translating them into effective trainings Systems & data: solid grasp of ERP/TMS/WMS (e.g., SAP), EDI basics, and Excel/Power BI; you can turn data into insights and decisions Languages: fluent English; German is a big plus Process & methods: proven ability to map, design, and document processes; comfortable creating work instructions and translating them into effective trainings Systems & data: solid grasp of ERP/TMS/WMS (e.g., SAP), EDI basics, and Excel/Power BI; you can turn data into insights and decisions Collaboration: strong stakeholder management across functions and levels; confident facilitator for workshops and cross brand/plant alignment Oferujemy Employment contract Sports card Private healthcare Bonus system Subsidized meals Subsidized studies Subsidized language courses Group life insurance Hybrid work In-house trainings
