Project Manager (with English)

Higher technical education (preferred fields: Mechanical Engineering / Machine Design, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related)., Minimum 5 years of experience in managing projects through a full project lifecycle—from analysis, through implementation, to deployment/rollout; experience in heavy industry sectors preferred., Strong planning skills and excellent work organization., Analytical approach to tasks and problem-solving., Strong communication and collaboration skills., Ability to build effective project teams., Independence and accountability for managed projects., English proficiency enabling fluent communication with directors, the Management Board, and an international team., Practical knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
