The team works within the Integrations Squad and focuses on customer implementations, platform configuration, and system integrations with client-side HR and learning ecosystems.Position overviewWe are looking for a Senior French-speaking Project Manager (Implementation Manager) to lead end-to-end platform implementation projects for enterprise customers. French is a core working language in customer communication and project delivery.The role combines project delivery, customer coordination, platform configuration, and integration oversight. You will act as the primary customer-facing project lead, drive milestones and timelines, ensure deliverable acceptance, and coordinate technical and functional implementation activities through go-live and handover to Customer Success teams.ResponsibilitiesPlan and lead end to end implementation projects for enterprise customersRun project kick off meetings and define project scope, timeline, and milestonesCoordinate daily project activities including planning, tracking, and risk managementAct as the primary customer facing contact throughout implementation and go liveCoordinate platform configuration activities with technical specialistsOversee API and connector integrations with customer HR toolsSupport customer testing and prepare production deployment packagesFacilitate validation and sign off for project milestones and deliverablesPrepare and deliver regular project status updatesTransfer completed projects to Customer Success teamsRequirementsOne year of experience as a Project Manager in SaaS or enterprise software implementationExperience in customer facing delivery rolesHands on experience with project planning, coordination, and risk managementExperience with project tracking tools such as monday dot com or similarBackground coordinating API integrations, connector setups, or data mappingExperience running functional workshops and gathering configuration requirementsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage several projects in parallelStructured and proactive working style with attention to detailFluent French spoken and written for daily customer communicationProfessional proficiency in EnglishNice to haveExperience with LMS LXP EdTech or HRTech platformsBackground in integrations or platform configuration projectsTechnical understanding of APIsExperience supporting UAT and go live phasesExperience in consulting or solution implementation services
