Your tasks

In this role, you will work closely with our product management and customer teams and contribute to various aspects of our work:

The ideal candidate will bring experience in working with cross-functional teams and have a strong understanding of user needs and technical capabilities to develop innovative solutions.

• Management and coordination of software implementation projects from planning to successful implementation.
• Defining project goals, scope and timeline in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Creating and managing project plans, including resource planning
• Identifying and assessing risks and developing and implementing risk management strategies.
• Requirements management: identifying, documenting, prioritizing and tracking requirements in close collaboration with clients and product managers.
• Work closely with internal teams, customers and external partners to understand requirements and ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Best Practices: Conduct workshops to present Manpower Planning best practices to inspire our customers (planning logics and process).
• Setting up and configuring the WePlan tool together with our clients and validating the planning results
• Monitoring progress, identifying delays or deviations and taking action to ensure completion on time and on budget.
• Communicating project status and results to relevant stakeholders, including regular reporting.
• Ensuring quality assurance and compliance with quality standards throughout the project cycle.
• Develop training plans and materials and deliver training to end users.
• Supporting the continuous improvement of processes and methods in the area of software implementation.

About you

• Degree in economics, business administration or comparable qualification.
• Proven experience in managing software implementation projects, ideally in the area of personnel planning.
• Sound knowledge of project management methods and tools, e.g. Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable way.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate our customers' requirements into planning logic
• Team-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
• Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in requirements management and the use of appropriate tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Gitlab or similar.
• Experience in personnel planning, training/education planning
• Experience in the transportation and logistics industry or tariff-regulated, personnel-intensive industries with high production complexity
• Certifications in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel as required by the project.
