About the project

Your responsibilities

• Complete the formal project continuation process in line with the applicable project methodology
• Coordinate project activities and ensure consistency across project workstreams
• Maintain communication with the vendor, organize working meetings,
• and monitor delivery progress
• Prepare and maintain the project schedule, monitor task execution, and track dependencies
• Prepare regular project status reports and present progress to IT executives
• Identify and manage project risks and coordinate project change requests in line with the project methodology
• Coordinate communication between project stakeholders (business, IT, vendor)
• Maintain project documentation and support preparation, approval, and publication of project materials

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of end-to-end project management experience, preferably in organizational or compliance-related initiatives
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving multiple organizational areas
• Understanding of compliance, risk management, or IT security topics
• Experience preparing project reporting and presenting status to governance bodies or senior stakeholders
• Practical experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience working in structured project environments and governance models
• Ability to read and work with technical documentation in English

Optional

• Experience in regulatory initiatives related to cybersecurity
• Experience working with regulatory documentation, audits, and regulatory implementations (e.g. DORA)
• Familiarity with NIS2 directive or KSC (National Cybersecurity System)
