Project Manager — Design & Web Projects

We’re hiring a Project Manager to lead design projects (branding & marketing materials) and website deliveries end-to-end — from kickoff to final delivery. You’ll coordinate designers and developers, keep timelines on track, and run clear, professional client communication. 100% remote, international projects (with a strong focus on financial-sector clients).

Ajust Design is a design and web development studio with headquarters in Chicago and Warsaw. We specialize in corporate branding, websites, and marketing materials for the financial sector and other industries. Your Role

As our Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from start to finish. This is a key role that ensures our team delivers high-quality work on time and keeps client communication clear and professional.

What we offer

• Working hours: 10:00–19:00 (local time), with a midday break. Most planning happens in the morning, and client communication/deliverables tend to be in the afternoon, so being available during these hours is important.
