Project Manager

Managing areas in large and complex programs, working closely with the Program Manager to ensure alignment with overall strategic objectives
Project management of product and system functionality to deliver results that meet the requirements of business owners and sponsors, within the specified timeframe and budget
Leading the project team, in particular, identifying resource needs and their effective acquisition within the organization, motivating and coordinating the work of project team members, ordering and supervising the performance of assigned tasks to ensure effective and timely project execution
Oversee and coordinate project risk management activities
Managing quality in the project
Reporting on activities within the scope of assigned responsibilities

Professional experience in managing IT projects with budgets exceeding PLN 200k, with a minimum of 2 years in such roles
Proven success in managing complex projects involving multiple processes, diverse groups, and the integration of various systems
Strong knowledge and practical application of project management methodologies, including familiarity
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including MS Office, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and Agile
Detail-oriented with structured and methodical planning skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize assigned tasks effectively
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) at a level that enables confident communication (B2/C1)
