About the project

Your responsibilities

  • Maintain an up-to-date repository of commercial documentation, including annual market launch calendars, product portfolio information (SKUs), pricing data, market share, and consumer dynamics tracking
  • Liaise regularly with regional and local markets to collect, validate, and update commercial information
  • Ensure data is stored in a structured repository allowing easy and meaningful extraction by the Commercial team
  • Support Category Commercial Heads in preparing monthly and quarterly commercial updates for the Category Management team
  • Follow up with regions and markets on the progress of key commercial initiatives
  • Assist in the preparation of briefs for key category projects
  • Organize key commercial meetings, including monthly commercial updates to the Category Management team and weekly commercial team calls
  • Coordinate follow-ups for initiatives outside the standard portfolio or pool book, including project intake and ad-hoc initiatives
  • Work closely with Development and Operations PMO to provide clear visibility on project status to Commercial Heads
  • Track key project initiatives to ensure on-time delivery of product and market launches

Our requirements

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within commercial, sales, marketing, or FMCG environments
  • Hands-on experience supporting global or regional product launches is a strong advantage
  • Proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional and international teams
  • Highly developed organizational and planning skills with high attention to detail
  • Capability to handle large volumes of information and multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong follow-up skills and ability to drive actions to completion
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent
  • Previous work with document repositories, databases, and project management tools
  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work under time pressure and meet tight deadlines
